While playing at the park with friends on the day before our nation celebrates its Independence Day, my son found this wonderful little heart on a tire swing! He couldn’t have been happier to find this little gem – it made his day. It’s also a wonderful coincidence that it’s a ship, as I, his mom, was a sailor on the US Navy. He’s proud to hang this in his room & I know it will bring us all joy every time we look at it. Thank you quilters!
