My sister and I were walking our dogs through the park as we do every morning. I noticed something hanging from a tree along the trail, and figured it was something that was found and hung up so that whoever lost it would be able to find it more easily. I have seen this done with things such as sunglasses, hats, ect. As we were leaving we passed this tree again and I decided to take a closer look. I’m so glad I did! It sure brightened my day!
