Found on outside door of woodwinds hospital 🏥.I’m a scad heart attack survivor I on my way to cardio rehab this last couple of months have been a struggle 😭. dealing with a heart condition/mental health has taken a toll and not knowing the outcomes/future and the reasons why. trying to survive even though I’m struggling each day and every moment I always ask for God for signs to let me know that he’s on my side and that the Lord hasn’t abandon me. and this was it .. thank you Jesus angel 👼🏽
