I was out for my Sunday run on the Rosemont path in West Linn, OR. When I got to the top of the hill at Carriage Way I stopped to catch my breath. There was a bench and a wooden box with some flyers inside. I noticed the little heart mixed in with the flyers and a note saying “I need a home”. Once home I went on Facebook and discovered what an amazing gesture and act of kindness was wrapped into this little heart
