I found this quilted heart while walking into the Skilled Nursing Facility that I work at as a nurse. I was intrigued after noticing it hanging on a bush. It instantly made me smile and I felt blessed to be the one who found it. Life is tough at times and this absolutely brightened my day and touched my heart.
