Heading to Fort Wayne Indiana today for the life celebration of my husbands 104 year old grandmother who passed away this past Thursday. Stopped to check the mail and this was on the bush next to the door of the post office. I feel like it was meant to find our family this morning. Not only because of the passing of the grandmother but the last couple of weeks our family has had many challenges and much weight has been weighing heavy on our hearts and mind. So thank you to whom ever made this beautiful heart!❤️💛
