I found a quilted heart at Forma Gym in Walnut Creek, California! I had just finished a great chakra yoga class with my daughter. We were loaded in the car ready to go home when I noticed something pink in the tree in the median strip in front of my car. I got back out of the car and found this little sweetie! Guess what chakra we had focused on in class that day? The heart! I also guessed who the generous artist was who made this for me – a fun woman from my cycle class – so I got to thank her personally.
