I found my quilted heart at my primary care provider’s clinic. The heart is particularly meaningful to me because I had quite a medical adventure last year that involved a previously undiagnosed heart condition and related complications. The heart reminds me of that journey and all of the wonderful people that I met along the way, as well as the excellent care that I received.
