I was hiking up Mt. Nittany with a heavy heart. Being in the woods has always been healing for me. I sat down on a log to reflect and found a quilted heart hanging in a shrub, I debated whether I should leave it for someone else but I decided it was meant for me to find to help me heal through my loss.
