I work in St. Clair, MI in a plaza that overlooks the St. Clair River. I go out into the courtyard to read or watch the large freighter ships go by and I found the little heart hanging on some vines growing up a post. Very cute and the fish pattern seems appropriate for all the fresh, blue water nearby. Thank you for the special little surprise.
