I found my heart hanging from a tree branch in a quiet, forested park near a pond. I have spent countless hours in this place, walking and running, sitting on rocks and lying in grass, crying and singing, grieving and celebrating. This place is a sanctuary for me, and I love it. When I found the heart, I felt like it loved me back. I felt a renewed sense of mystery and childlike wonder. I felt gratitude. I found my heart.
