My partner and I found our beautiful quilted heart in Lincoln Park in Spokane, Washington, while on an early morning walk together. She is the one who noticed it first. A few days prior I was involved in an accident where I hit my head very hard on concrete. In the moment I did not think I was going to make it. I have been feeling fortunate to be alive and wanted to go on this walk to enjoy and appreciate my morning. The heart is beautiful with lilacs on it and it brightened up both of our days. We will always cherish it and thank whoever it was who quilted it. together. If the quilter sees this, I wish you a peaceful life full of love. Life can change in a moments notice and it’s so important not to procrastinate when there are things you want from your life. You never know what the next moment holds.
