My wife and I found two separate, quilted hearts in Spokane’s Manito Park on September 12, 2024. I found this one hanging from a bush. It was an emotional discovery for me, because that day was my late Mother’s birthday and some of her ashes are scattered nearby in Manito Park’s Duncan Garden. I will cherish this heart and the effort that went into creating it, and placing it where I could find it.
