Jessica and I had just finished hiking a loop trail around the gorgeous buttes of Sedona, and found ourselves resting at the Little Horse Trailhead. While we waited for our ride to come get us, I spotted a comfortable bench in the shade.
And there was the heart, hanging from a tree.
I adore it and am so glad to give it a home. I even have a Heart Collection right by my desk, where I will look at it every day and be reminded of the Generous Spirits that surround us all the time, whether we know it or not!
