On New Year’s Day we were visiting the Mission Santa Clara de Asis with three grandchildren. After touring the mission, we sat on a sheltered bench to eat lunch. Our granddaughter found the quilted heart on the bench. (The picture was taken in our son’s house in Santa Cruz.)
