I found this cute heart after leaving our genetic testing ultrasound appointment. We were notified a while ago that our unborn baby girl may have some neutral tube defects. After almost two weeks of agony it was time for the appointment where we found out that she is perfectly healthy! Upon walking out of the hospital with much joy, I found this heart hanging on a bush. I do believe in small signs- thank you for the Angel who left it there. 💗
