While working security at a state facility, I was doing my foot patrol and spotted this hanging from a hand rail in our parking structure. I found this to bring me some much-needed joy. I’m not sure if I found it, or if it found me.. Nonetheless, I’m grateful to possess this work of art and share this store with my family.
