Found on 08/04/2024 at the Bubble Run Seattle at the Western Washington Fairgrounds. My 10 year old son was talking non stop throughout the event and I was looking around and just happened to spy this on the grass. It brightened up my day immediately!!!! Thank you so very much!!!
