I found my heart while hiking through Autumn Hill Reservation. It was placed on a very small tree. I chose to take this heart because it was homemade. And, who doesn’t love everything the heart stands for? Yesterday I changed my fb profile to my favorite, a heart cloud. A “heart felt” thanks to whoever made it!❤️
