My son and I found this beautifil heart outside his doctors office today. It was such a sweet surprise to find together. My dad is beginning hospice care for metastasized cancer so every day has felt heavy. This added some much needed light to my day. Thank you to the kind person who made this, Im so thankful to have found it. ❤️
