Hello my name is Gabriela I found this quilted heart in Ponder Tx I recently was diagnosed with Stage 4 Thyroid Cancer 3 weeks ago to be exact. I have a long road ahead of me and finding this beautiful little piece of joy just melts my heart. This heart shines a little light during this dark stage in my life.
