This year is a bit hard on me and my family with losing my Grandmother this past September and all my aunts and uncles in the previous years. Seeing this John Deere quilted heart is a personal symbol of my uncle due to his love of farming to provide for his family, along with his love of John Deere tractors. The Native American quilted heart resembles my Grandmother due to her being a Native American, who also love to quilt herself. I am so humbled and thankful both of these came across my path today. It put a smile on my face with a few tears in my eyes knowing they are still around me and my family during this holiday season.
