I just moved here from Upstate NY. Where I was born and raised. I moved to Minnesota with my husband and son to be closer to his family and his roots, also a change in pace. I stopped with my mother in law to the post office after work from the school. I was not going to go in , however changed my mind as I needed stamps to send my family Easter cards. As I was walking up to the door I seen this little red heart laying so perfectly on a bush. I picked it up and we headed to my son’s great-grandmothers house for dinner and to surprise her with my husband her grandson, our son her great grandson with the news that we moved here. I gave her the heart as I felt her home would be perfect for it. She just returned it to me and told me about this website. So here I am telling you our story. This heart for sure made me feel welcomed to my new home in Minnesota.
