My mum and dad were walking around the Carew millpond, Pembrokeshire around 12:30 28/12/16 and found a quilted heart hanging on a tree! My mum showed me and said that it had really brightened up her day! Unbeknown to her, there was a website on the back of the note so I obviously followed it here after placing it on our Christmas tree!
