My daughter found her quilted heart hanging in a tree outside of her doctor’s office. It felt like sweet little positive sign as we’d just left her appointment with good news. Her doctor informed us he felt confident we could stop coming in to monitor certain things that could be affected by a diagnosis she had a little over 6 months ago. It’s still a worry as it’s a rare autoimmune disease (HSP Vasculitis) with a lot of unknowns but I’m very hopeful that she will not have it cause any future health problems.
