I found my heart outside my Mom’s senior’s residence. I traveled to Ottawa for Mother’s Day, 2023 to spend time with my 91 year old mum and siblings. My home is in Edmonton. My sister’s and brother’s took my mom for a Mother’s Day brunch and I had just driven her back to her home. Mother’s Day is a time of both happiness and sadness for me. I love to see my mom. And I too am a mom to 4 daughters. Sadly one of my daughters is now in heaven having passed away in March of 2022. Thank you to the angel who left this heart for me. I will cherish it.
