I am just getting over a virus and thought I would take the dog for a walk and get some fresh air. I love the peacefulness of walking along the Ottawa River. Suddenly out of the corner of my eye I spotted something hanging from a big pine tree. It was this quilted heart. A simple act of random kindness really made my day. I feel so grateful to be reminded that kindness is all around us. Thank you.
