They had just completely redone the rest area on I-75 in Ogemaw County. This was hanging on one of the permanent grills there along the side walk. I knew exactly what is was as soon as I saw it. I left it there, because the place was busy. I used the facilities, came back out and it was still there so I thought it was meant for me.
