Found this on a bench at the historical site to mark the exact center of the Northwest Hemisphere – the spot where the 45th parallel of latitude insects the 90th meridian of longitude. I’m not up on the science of it all, but it seemed significant to be there and finding this little heart will be a nice way to remember that! (Thank you to whoever left it there for me to find. Perhaps it was the same person we met as we walked to the site??)
