My son and I, are away from our home on Martha’s Vineyard and found this amazing gift. On July 4th I lost my 3 year old son and his brother to Liver Cancer. In need of a getaway from the home where we’ve shed so many tears we decided to visit Vermont. We went for a ride on a four wheeler to the local pond, and out of the corner of our eyes we located something hanging on a tree. I approached the ornament which was a blue heart that read “I need a home”. Blue was his brother’s favorite color, and heart he had so much of. Thank you, to everyone who participates in this very special gift. It has helped lift us in a very difficult time.
