Hi!
My sweetheart dropped me off at work, a psychiatric hospital in Lund/Sweden.
On the way in I discovered the quilted heart hanging in a tree outside.
I took it and waved goodbye to my sweetheart with the cute heart in my hand.
To find it really made my day <3
