My 2 kids and I were eating at Ihop. When we left my husband found it hanging from a bolt on the light post next to the car. He was going to leave it but I walked around and picked it up! They didn’t want me to because they thought it may have something on it, but I took my chances lol. 🙂 I think this is so neat and it did add a little brightness to my day. Thank you to whomever left it 🙂
