Louisville, KY – Downtown business district, on the sidewalk. My Mom passed away in 1997 and would have celebrated a birthday a couple of days ago. I’d been thinking about her all morning…about how long she’d been gone, that my children never knew her, and about the lifetime I’ve lived since she passed. I parked my car and was walking to my office…still thinking about my Mom…and spotted this lovely, lovely gift tucked in the crevice of the sidewalk in front of me. Am I SAYING it’s a sign? Well, I’m NOT saying it isn’t!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
