I found this beautiful heart outside The Marsden Hospital, it was my sisters birthday yesterday and she passed away in the Marsden in 2020 , iv also been a patient in The Marsden Hospital so it was lovely finding a heart outside this hospital ,, thank you whoever left it there ❤️❤️
