Today, I was hiking on the Limber Pine Trail in Logan Canyon near Bear Lake. I have hiked this trail for decades, but today was the first time since losing my son to suicide a few months ago. I remembered times I had taken him on this hike when he was a child, and I felt sad and started spiraling. Then I found this heart. It brightened my mood. I had a good cathartic cry when I got home and read about IFAQH. Sometimes, I just need a boost out of my sorrow. Thank you.
