I found a quilted heart at UTMB League City Campus Hospital where I currently work. I was taking the elevator from the first floor to head up to the third floor to the Rehab Dept. It was hanging at the edge of the rail in the elevator. I quickly and happily grabbed it to read the note! The quilted heart is so beautiful, and it is my favorite color: purple. I immediately knew that I was going to hang it in my car. I absolutely love it!
