I was hiking with my girlfriend at Upper Fall Creek Loop Trail…. And she decided to take a detour to explore some side trails around, we found the heart hanging on a tree. It def surprised us. To me it was a sign of love! And finding it next to the person I love felt even more special to me ❤️
