I had never heard of this and recently moved to Las Vegas. I’m here alone and my family is across the country. I’ve been lonely- Las Vegas is a hard place to meet and make friends as an adult. I was headed to Costco and on the phone with my mom- telling her how I didn’t think I could handle being alone out here and that I had made a mistake and should move home. She was trying to reassure me that things would get better and right about then I parked and this little heart caught my eye. Things will get better. This heart made things better. I am still lonely out here but if someone is kind enough to make these and leave them around then I have hope that I will meet amazing people like that in this town. I’m not giving up and going home. This heart is my hope!
