Green Mountain Rec Center has a shelf full of books to borrow or trade which I always peruse after working out. This time I found not only a book but a quilted heart with a sunflower on it — my favorite! Such a nice surprise to boost my spirits which can wilt from the stress of caring for my 102 year old father.
