Today I found a quilted heart while on vacation in Lake Tahoe CA. My family and I were stooping at different spots to see the water when I seen this beautiful heart with a tag on a tree branch I was curious to see what it said and it’s meaning of hanging there and I was surprised to see this I want to know more about who left it and where they come from if you recognize this beautiful heart please comment.
