Found this beautiful heart in Keystone, SD. I was walking my son around trying to distract him while my mom paid for our lunch when we discovered it on the railing. I was going to leave it until I saw the “I need a home” heart and immediately looked up what it was on my phone. Thank you for the wonderful memory! Planning on making my own and putting one back in the same place
