My 96 year old Spiritual Mother died the morning I found ‘my’ heart. I was walking on a path in a park with a friend and telling him all about her and her unconditional love she gave me for over 25 years. I was telling him of her legacy of children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She rarely missed daily or weekly mass yet she was open and accepting to all faith traditions and loved to listen to and guide me on my spiritual path of seeking and searching. As I finished telling my friend all about my love for Rita and my ‘knowing’ she was happy and at peace, I looked down and there was the heart, ‘my’ heart. I am convinced the heart found me as a message from her that she was and will always be close for me. Thank you whoever made this heart and placed it there for Rita.
