I found this beautiful heart this afternoon when visiting a dear friend in her aged care home.
It was hanging on rosebush. It was a miracle for me finding this today.I had only found out a couple of hours that a very dear friend who started our cancer choir passed away late last night after a long battle with cancer.This was meant to be.Thank you to the lovely person who crafted this so beautifully.Very special. I will never forget.
