I found my heart on a bush as I was exiting Dukes Lagoon by the Ilikai Resort and boat dock. I had spent the day walking the beach and relaxing by the lagoon with my Mom and a girlfriend. This was a girls vacation, something that I do with my momma since my dad passed away 2 years ago. I love my heart. The minute I saw it I knew it was something very special. I’m a sewer and crafter and instantly I appreciated all the detail and care that went into in my new found treasure. The heart now lives on my refrigerator with a photo of my dad in Sheridan Oregon.
