I ended up having a day off during the week, so I went for a drive and stopped at a place to eat by myself where this was hanging on the hook where you would hang your coat or purse! It really meant a lot to me since the old sewing machine image reminded me of my great grandmother‘s singer, sewing machine she used to make my grandmother‘s clothes that I still have at home.
