What a lovely treat to find this beautiful heart hanging on a bush outside Mountbatten Hampshire Hospice at the end of a shift on reception. It had been a long hot day and walking out to my car I spotted the heart and was surprised to see it there as I hadn’t noticed anyone there to leave it.
