On a short much-needed vacation, and very stressed and concerned as my amazing dog, Freedom, had to have emergency surgery to remove a large mass in his abdomen. Was anxiously awaiting a text saying he made it through. Found the quilted heart in the elevator. Took it as a sign that God was watching over him. Thankfully he came through surgery and mass was benign,,,,Thank you to whoever made this
