I found a quilted heart ornament by the dishware station at the Marketplace Cafe in Great Barrington, MA. This month, I said two big goodbyes to people I love dearly, but who I knew I needed to walk away from for the sake of my own mental health. It’s left me feeling so small, sad and raw. Finding the quilted heart felt like a reminder from the universe that the world is big and absolutely overflowing with good people that I still have yet to meet! Thank you for this. 🙂
