Each day my dog and I pay a visit to the statue of Mother Mary at the church across the street from our home. It’s a beautiful and tranquil spot to meditate and pray. I noticed this darling patchwork heart hanging from one of the bushes and read the tag, I NEED A HOME. I wondered, should I take it or leave it for someone else? I waited for three days and it was still there, so I brought it home. Thank you to the kind soul who made it and left it hanging in that spot. I’ll be sure to spread the love and care you put into making that heart with others.
