My husband and I went to the cemetery in Gerald today (January 1st) to pay respects to his father as it is his birthday! We came upon a quilted heart on the gates to the entrance. Neither of us have ever heard of this movement but what a heartwarming act of kindness! This gesture meant a lot today, in part of where we were and in part of starting 2024 on a kind note. xo
